Christmas Homework and marks

Buenas noches a todos,
los alumnos tienen deberes para la vuelta. Deben hacer la página 45 del students' book (para practicar el reading) y las páginas 32 y 33 del Workbook  (a excepción del ejercicio 10) para repasar lo que se ha hecho en todo este trimestre. Además, deben traerme las notas firmadas.
La academia permanecerá cerrada del 23 de Diciembre hasta el 8 de Enero (los dos incluidos), por ello, los alumnos pueden escoger el dia de la fiesta de Navidad entre el 21 o el 22. Por favor, si alguno de ellos va a venir, dejadme en un comentario el nombre y el día que asistirá. Aprovecho para desearos unas felices fiestas y una buena entrada de año.

the students have homework for after the holidays. They have to do the page 45 from the Students' book (to practise the "reading") and the pages 32 and 33 from the Workbook (except the exercise 10) in order to revise everything that we've done in the first term. Also, they have to give the marks back signed.

The academy will be close from the 23th of December until the 8th of January. For that reason, the students can choose to assist to the Christmas party between the 21st or the 22nd. Please, if some student want to come, leave a comment with the name and the day. I take the oppotunity to wish you Happy Christmas holidays and Happy New Year.

el próximo día tienen el examen de la unidad 3 y deben estudiar las páginas siguientes del students' book: 30 y 32-35. También, tienen que estudiar los diez verbos siguientes (desde "fly" hasta "know") ya que forman parte del examen.

Aquellos que no me hayan entregado ya el writing de la página 37 del Students' book, deben hacerlo el mismo día ya que, de lo contrario, tendrán un 0.

Me gustaría comentar que el próximo día es el último, motivo por el cual daré las notas y se hará algunas actividades navideñas. La fiesta de navidad no se hará el próximo día sino que tendrá lugar los días 21 y 22.  Los alumnos están invitados a venir a cualquiera de los dos dias. Si desean venir, por favor, enviadme un e-mail.

next day the students have the exam of the unit 3 and they should study the following pages from the Students' book: 30 and 32-35. Also, they have to study 10 more verbs ( since "fly" until "know") because they are part of the exam.

Those who didn't give me the writings must do it next day because if they don't do it, the'll have a 0.

I'd like to comment that next day is the last day so I'm going to give the marks and I have prepared some christmas activities. The Christmas party is going to take place on the 21st and 22nd, not next day. The students are invited to come one of these days and join us. If they want to come, please, send me an email.

para la próxima clase los alumnos tienen de deberes hacer 2 y 3 de la página 28  y los ejercicios 1-3 de la página 29 del Workbook. Para aquellos que no vengan, el próximo día se hará la revisión de la unidad 3 (págs. 38, 40 (ejercicios 10-13), 41 (ejercicio 3) y 42 (ejercicios 5 y 6).

Para el 16 tienen el examen de la unidad 3 y deben estudiar las páginas siguientes del students' book: 30 y 32-35. También, tienen que estudiar los diez verbos siguientes, tal y como se acordó en la clase pasada (desde "fly" hasta "know").

los alumnos tienen que hacer de deberes el "reading" de la página 31 del "students' book" para el próximo día. También decirles que pueden empezar a estudiar los siguientes diez verbos para el examen que tendrán el 9 de Noviembre.
Para aquellos que no han podido venir, se han hecho las páginas 32 y 33 del "Students' Book" y las páginas 26 y 27 del "Workbook".

para la semana que viene los alumnos no tienen deberes pero deben estudiar los siguientes 10 verbos de la lista ya que tendrán un examen el 26 de Noviembre. En la próxima clase los alumnos harán el "MOCK Exam" correspondiente al nivel "Flyers" y tendrá la duración de 1 hora. Con esto quiero decir que deben traer los libros ya que se empezará con la unidad 3.

In next class the students will do the MOCK Exam corresponding to the Flyers and its duration will be 1 hour. They should bring the books because we will start unit 3.

Buenos días,
para la semana que viene los alumnos deben estudiar los diez primeros verbos de la lista que tienen en la página 127 (desde el "be" hasta el "choose") ya que tendrán un examen de estos. Como os comenté en la reunión, iremos viendo estos verbos poco a poco. Por ello, cada cierto tiempo iré haciendo exámenes para ver si los alumnos van estudiando los verbos o no.
Respecto a lo hecho en clase, se hicieron las páginas 23 y 24  del Students' book y del Workbook la página 19.
Os adelanto que el viernes 11 de Noviembre tendrán el examen de la unidad 2 y deben estudiar las páginas 20,22-25. También, que los alumnos harán el "MOCK exam" el día 18 de Noviembre correspondiente al nivel Flyers.

Good morning,

for next week the students have to study the first ten verbs of the list on page 127 ( from the verb be to choose) because they will have an exam. As I told you in the meeting we are going to work on this verbs at a slow pace and that's the reason why I'm going to do exams periodically to see if the students are studying the verbs.
In regard to what we did in class, we did the pages 23 and 24 from the Students' Book and from the Workbook the page 19.

I advanced that the 11th of November there will be an exam of the Unit 2 and the students have to study the following pages: 20,22-25. Also I would like to say that the students will do the MOCK Exam of the Flyers on the 18th of November.

para la próxima clase los alumnos deben acabar el dibujo de su ciudad ideal y hacer el ejercicio 4 de la página 16 del Workbook. Aquellos que tienen que repetir la descripción o no me la han dado deben tenerla para la próxima clase. De no traerla, por cada día que pase sin que me la entreguen, les restaré 1 punto.

per la pròxima classe els alumnes han d'acabar el dibuix de la seva ciutat ideal i fer l'exercici 4 de la pàgina 16 del Workbook. Els que han de repetir la descripció o no me l'han donat han de fer-la per la pròxima classe. De no portar-me-la tindràn un punt menys per cada dia que passi.

Lo que hemos hecho

Buenas noches de nuevo,

en la clase de hoy se han hecho las páginas 14 y 15 del Student's Book y las páginas 12 y 13 del Workbook. Se ha representado el diálogo del libro y se ha escrito y leído otro. Acto seguido se ha hablado de preposiciones y se han hecho ejercicios sobre ello. Para acabar, se ha explicado los adjetivos posesivos y les he mandado de deberes los ejercicios que he puesto en el post anterior.

para la siguiente clase los alumnos deben hacer los ejercicios 2 y 3 de la página 13 del Workbook. Además, les he comentado que tendrán el examen de la unidad 1 el 14 de Octubre y que deben estudiar las siguientes páginas del Student's book: 10 y de la 12 hasta la 16. En la página que pone "Listening and Speaking" es importante que se estudien las preposiciones  (están en la página 16).

In the page that appears the title "Listening and Speaking" it is very important that they study the prepositions on the page 16.

Week 3: Clases de hoy y deberes

Buenas tardes a todos,

hoy hemos continuado con la unidad 1. Se ha explicado y practicado el "have got" y los adjetivos que son antónimos (opposite). Todo esto corresponde a las páginas 12 y 13 del Student's book y a las páginas 10 y 11 del Workbook.

De deberes tienen que hacer los ejercicios 2-5 de la página 11 del Workbook.

Primera clase

¡Hola a todos!

En la primera clase, los alumnos hicieron una ficha en la cual debían escribir sus hobbies y sus comidas favoritas (entre otras cosas) y presentarse al resto de la clase. Además, acabaron la Starter unit motivo por el cual la semana que viene se empezará con la unidad 1.

¡Buenos días a todos y feliz diada!

Os doy la bienvenida al que será el blog de la clase de Next Move 1. Cada semana escribiré una entrada donde podréis encontrar no solo los deberes y exámenes sino también lo que se ha hecho en clase. Además añadiré otra información relevante sobre actividades u otras notificaciones.
